Enter My EDPnet, and then click on My mailboxes.
To be able to use you mailbox you have to activate it first.
In this window you will see how many aliases (email addresses per mailbox) you still have available. To create a new alias put the address you have chosen into the New alias field and click on Activate new alias.
Your alias must end with @edpnet.be, @edpnet.nl, @edpnet.lu, @edp-net.de, @edpnet.fr, @edpnet.co.uk or with your own domain name hosted at EDPnet.
For each emailbox you can create up to 3 aliases.
You can change your current mailboxes in the window with the overview of your mailboxes.
For example, you can change your current alias by clicking on Edit, or you can remove it by clicking on Delete.
You have to confirm the change by clicking on Update.
You can also set your mailbox so that all emails, which you receive into your EDPnet mailbox (including all aliases), are automatically forwarded to another address. This may be any other address than EDPnet. Confim activation of this function by clicking on Update.
Important: if you activate this option, all emails, which you receive into this EDPnet mailbox, will be deleted from the mailbox after forwarding.
The overview window will look as follows.
You can change your mailbox password by filling in a new password of your own or by clicking on Generate password(the random password generator). Just like when you make any other change to your mailbox, you have to click on Update to apply your change now as well.

Important: all changes, which you make to your mailbox via My EDPnet, are activated in half an hour. Thus, you have to have some patience before you can start using the new settings.
