How to retrieve my account information
From EDPnet Wiki
You need to file a written request at all time for EDPnet to be able to provide you with your data or to modify it. As the privacy legislation prescribes, EDPnet may not submit your personal data just like that. Let us give you an overview of how to request/modify your account data:
- Modifying My EDPnet or subscription data:
you may either do this yourself via My EDPnet, or you file a request via e-mail, from an e-mail address registered in your customer file in EDPnet's database. - Creating new My EDPnet users:
in writing, with the consent of the owner of the subscription (in case of SuperUsers), from an e-mail address registered in your customer file in EDPnet's database. - Retrieving login data:
you may either request these by phone or by e-mail (to this address: myedpnet@edpnet.net), but EDPnet will only send the login data by post, by fax or by e-mail, to a postal address/fax number/e-mail address registered in your customer file in EDPnet's database. - Creating mailboxes or modifying e-mail addresses:
you may either do this yourself via My EDPnet or file a request via e-mail, from an e-mail address registered in your customer file in EDPnet's database.
