A mail-problem can have many causes. To find a suitable solution for your problem, we need to know the exact problem. As first you need to determine what does and doesn't work:

  1. Can I still surf to EDPnet? You can test that by surfing to http://webmail.edpnet.be. If this doesn't work, please check out your internet connection (look here).
  2. Can I still send e-mails? You can test that by sending a testmail to someone you know and asking him/her for a confirmation when the mail arrives.
  3. Can I still receive e-mails? You can test this by sending a testmail to yourself and verify it arrives.
